Please provide a copy of the study of the presence of alcohol biomarkers in meconium in Jersey conducted between August 2018 and February 2019, including the full methodology and breakdown of results.

Following the study, please kindly confirm whether any further analysis was undertaken of the association of this biomarker with ethnicity, financial means, age, smoking or any other criteria.

If so, please provide these further studies (methodology and results) and the dates that each were conducted. If some are ongoing, please confirm this and provide the date these are scheduled to be complete.
