In a similar way to the detail outlined in the Chief Minister’s letter to Scrutiny on 18 August 2020 setting out the numbers of compromise agreements used since 2018, please could I get the same information for all other government bodies that fall within the scope of FOI legislation?

Please include a body-by-body breakdown and include the financial value of those agreements in as much detail is practical within the time constraints of an FOI request.

We do not hold a central record for compromise agreements for ‘other government bodies’.  

Those agreements for which we do have a central record for, obtained from the payroll system, have been reported within a previous Freedom of Information response;
