I am writing to request a copy of the transcript of the court hearing ‘The Attorney General V Roderick Innes Nelson Newall, and Mark Stephen Nelson Newall – 9th August, 1994’. I would also like to request a copy of Roderick Newall’s confession tape which was used as evidence during the trial.

We have reviewed the records held at the Judicial Greffe and we do not hold a transcript of the court hearing or a copy of Roderick Newall’s confession tape. We are therefore unable to supply any information in response to this request.
