Isolation breaches (FOI)

How many people have breached isolation rules (for amber and red countries) for arriving into Jersey from the beginning of lockdown to present.

We take formal action where we have evidence of an individual that has breached isolation requirements.

We have taken formal action against two individuals that breached self-isolation rules having returned from a ‘red’ country. 

The outcomes of such incidences are accessible for seven days in the court lists available on gov.je. 

After such time, details of the outcomes of such incidences can be requested from the Magistrate's Court Greffe at the following details;
