In 2012, a Ministerial Decision was signed approving the occupation of 63 New Street by Caring Hands Charitable Trust:

The property 63 New Street was the responsibility of the former Housing Department which was privatised in July 2014 and then became Andium Homes Limited (‘Andium’)
The property was transferred to Andium on 10 June 2014, rather than sold, therefore no money was paid.
