Request

At a meeting on the 11th May the Education Minister undertook to provide the Education Scrutiny Panel with details of the "claims process [ for Supply Teachers] in the light of the Covid-19 crisis". By the attached e mail of 11th May, the Minister's Private Secretary provided the details including the form used, seemingly only for Category 3 Supply Teachers ,in connection with what was described, as a "table top" review process [ involving a case management team, then the Group Director (Education) and SHBRP (with the Private Secretary) followed by a decision by the Director General (Education).

Please can you tell me:
A
How many such reviews were carried out during the period 23 March 20 to date (whether for Category 1, 2 or 3 Supply teachers)?
B
How many of these reviews related to Supply Teachers who had no rostered work as at 23 March 20? (told in the Gov.je/FAQ that they would not be paid during the period when schools were closed by the government- described a "Category 3")?
C
How many of the total reviews (in 1. above) resulted in a recommendation to make a payment(s) to the Supply Teacher concerned? How many of these recommendations were subsequently approved and authorised by the Director General of Education?
D
How many of the reviews described in 2. above resulted in a recommendation to make a payment(s) to the Supply Teacher concerned? How many of these recommendations were subsequently approved and authorised by the Director General of Education?
