I request all Planning and Building Bye-Law Application records including the '3rd reference file' and any 'dead' file for the property Beau Pre, La Rue Potirons, St. Martin, Jersey, JE3 6HS. The land in question is shown on the attached screenshot.

Planning Applications P/2020/0512, P/2019/1543, P/2019/1251, P/2019/0953 and P/2018/0062 are not required as these are online.
