As it has been reported in the news that the Hideout Cafe at La Pulente has a special rental arrangement with the Parish of St Brelade for the surprisingly low amount of £4.11 a day.

I would like to know what the current average rentals are for similar premises in Jersey, presuming the States Statistics Unit holds information on commercial rentals for all sizes of premises?
