There are no formal qualifications required for this role, however, the role requires extensive knowledge of integrated discharge co-ordination in a care setting and experience of liaising with multi-disciplinary teams.

This is a zero hours bank role, there is no specific advert for bank roles, job pools for bank roles are open throughout the year, applications submitted are placed in a pool and are managed through the standard recruitment process.
