Updating of Senator Farnham’s Profile Page (FOI)

Produced by the Freedom of Information office
Authored by Government of Jersey on behalf of the States Greffe and published on 22 December 2020.
Prepared internally, no external costs.

Request

Can you please advise me what date the profile page of Senator Lyndon Farnham was last updated and what the changes were?

Specifically, the Declaration of Interests page.

Response

The profile page on the States Assembly website of each elected States member is updated automatically whenever the result of a recorded vote, taken during a States meeting, is uploaded (to show whether the member voted for or against, or abstained). The last update to the profile pages therefore took place on 17 December 2020.

In terms of the Declaration of Interests for Senator Farnham, the last change was made on 30 November 2020 to show that the Senator had resigned as a Director of Yacht Hotel Limited on 27 April 2018.

This response has been issued on behalf of the States Greffe. The States Greffe is responsible for the information held by (and on behalf of) both itself and the States Assembly. Neither the States Assembly nor the States Greffe form part of the Government of Jersey and the Government was not involved either in the examination and retrieval of any information required for this response, nor in the drafting of the response itself
