To aid [name redacted] in providing psychological therapy to our clients residing in Jersey, we need to know all GP surgeries and GP's who are registered in Jersey. This will allow us to effectively communicate with our client's medical practitioners should we need to.

To aid us in properly logging this information in our system, health authorities in the rest of the U.K. and Ireland are able to produce lists of GP Surgeries and General Practitioners for us to reference when a client refers into our service. I have attached NHS England's offering for your reference. Could you produce some reports similar?
