Request

The Education Minister will have taken advice before making the decision to keep the schools open. I would like a copy of the risk assessment that was carried out to assess the risks associated in keeping Jersey schools open until 19 December.

Response

The attached letter from the chair of the Scientific and Technical Advisory Cell (STAC) along with the attached Ministerial briefing paper were used to inform the Minister for Education’s decision and assessment of risk.
