What ever happened to the "Traffic Calming Measures" for Rue es Picots, as defined in the planning obligation agreement and rendered legally binding under Schedule 3 thereof? No dwelling should have been occupied until completed - so what were they and where are they?

For reference this was P/2011/0618 for Field 578 Trinity signed on 5 December 2012. 


The information requested is exempt under Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 as it is has already been published on in response to a previous Freedom Of information request. It is therefore reasonably accessible to the applicant via other means.

Article 23     Information accessible to applicant by other means

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge.
(2) A scheduled public authority that refuses an application for information on this ground must make reasonable efforts to inform the applicant where the applicant may obtain the information.
