I would like to request some information relating to a previous Freedom of Information (FOI) response published at the following link:
Car park ownership, breathalyser and speed detection equipment (FOI)
Can you please provide the contract for the car park at Green Island Common
If the time limit allows please provide some of the other contract mentioned in the previous FOI response.
Green Island Common
Please see attached copy of a Public Works Committee Minute, dated 28 November 1984, which details the historic nominal rent agreement for the use of this land. We do not hold any further information in relation to this.

Article 23 information accessible to applicant by other means

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018.
(2) Information is absolutely exempt information if – (a) it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018; and (b) its supply to a member of the public would contravene any of the data protection principles, as defined in that Law.
