In relation to planning application PP/2015/0454 (BOA warehouse scheme) I would like to request the following information:

Please could you provide full details of the "number of concerns" raised by planning officers to the applicant over the BOA scheme that caused the applicant to withdraw this application. See attachment for further details. Since the withdrawal of the application all public comments have been lost from the planning website. Please provide a copy of all of all published public comments relating PP/2015/0454 (or reload them to the site)

We have searched our paper and electronic records and copies of the paperwork you have requested have been prepared and are available for collection from the Department of the Environment, South Hill, St Helier.

Make sure you quote the unique reference number when collecting the data. 

Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm daily. 

Customer parking is available on site.

The documents contain personal data and, therefore identify individuals. This personal data has been removed.
