Response

The data provided is based upon our systems ability to record gender based upon two categories only, male and female. Our new ITS people module will enable employees to enter their gender identity via a self-service portal and will include a third ‘other’ category.

The information relating to question five and six only referring to “overall” includes Highlands College. This includes a pay group that has been consolidated into the ‘Heads and Deputies’ pay group to include the Principal and Vice Principal. There are no Deputies or Heads at Highlands.
