I would like to know from the time of the approval of the decision to construct the Lime Grove Police Headquarters:

The total cost of the police station to (i) construct and (ii) fit out
B
The source of funding for the police station
C
The date and amount of each tranche of payment from the sources of finance until the project was finished
D
Whether the project came in on budget or was over budget and in each case by how much.
