How many people have developed health issues as a result of taking any of the covid-19 vaccines?

How many people have died as a result of taking any of the covid-19 vaccines? 

I am a concerned (pro vaccination) citizen and I have seen some poorly worded questions leading to misleading answers and would like something more concrete info to share.

Information is available in the public domain in response to a previous FOI request on www.gov.je published on 28 April 2021 therefore Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.  The previous response is available at the following link:

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge. 

(2) A scheduled public authority that refuses an application for information on this ground must make reasonable efforts to inform the applicant where the applicant may obtain the information
