Response

The table in the attachment is a list of the work currently in progress in the Legislative Drafting Office. It does not include draft enactments that have been lodged for debate by the States Assembly or legislation for which drafting instructions have not yet been received. If the estimated completion date is blank, the Office is unable to provide an estimate of when the legislation will be completed. For the purpose of this table, legislation is considered complete when the enactment is lodged or made.

This response has been issued on behalf of the States Greffe. The States Greffe is responsible for the information held by (and on behalf of) both itself and the States Assembly.  Neither the States Assembly nor the States Greffe form part of the Government of Jersey and the Government was not involved either in the examination and retrieval of any information required for this response, nor in the drafting of the response itself.​​
