The States Employment Board, as constituted in 2017, negotiated the terms of the contract.

B

The contract was based on a standard employment contract at that time, subject to negotiated clauses as agreed between the parties. As noted in question 'A' above, the States Employment Board oversaw the agreement of the terms of the contract and were supported by the Human Resources Director at the time.

C

The Human Resources Director, who was in post at that time, was authorised to sign the employment contract by the States Employment Board.
