Call recordings - please supply me a copy of your Policy document on voice recordings, and show exactly where this states that you only keep these for two weeks, and where it confirms that you don’t keep archive copies. It seems very convenient that this would be the case.

Response

The purpose of call recording is to enable customer calls to be monitored internally for quality purposes.

The software used to record calls automatically schedules deletion after 14 days in line with the internal Customer and Local Services Call Recording Policy attached.
