Can the political donors and the sums of money be provided for all the elected senators in the 2018 election?


Information in response to this request is declined. Information is absolutely exempt under Article 29(a) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011, because its disclosure in response to a Freedom of Information request is prohibited by or under an enactment. In particular the information must only be disclosed as prescribed by Article 16 of the Public Elections (Expenditure and Donations) (Jersey) Law 2014 (, which states:

16 - Greffier to make declarations available for inspection

The Greffier shall make declarations received by him or her under this Law available for inspection, free of charge, at the offices of the Judicial Greffe, during normal working hours.
