Request
How many people from the police, ambulance service, and fire brigade have had to self-isolate? I would like their job title and length of time in isolation.
Response
Records of the number who have spent one or more days in insolation between 12 March 2020 and 23 July 2021 are shown below:
States of Jersey Police:
Job title | Number of staff / officers | Days in isolation |

The totals shown do not include where the number is fewer than five. Due to the small numbers involved, any further breakdown of specific job titles within the civilian workforce, or within senior management, could identify the individuals involved. The disclosure of such personal data is therefore exempt, and Article 25(2) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 is engaged. For the same reason, the number of days spent in isolation by individual job title has been withheld.
In many cases, officers and staff in isolation have continued to work from home.
