Could you provide me with the latest annual crime statistics for the Island of Jersey. If this is offered by area, the area of Grouville is of particular interest. I did try and access the information on the Police.uk website unfortunately the information is not shown there like other parts of the UK.

I am interested in crime by type - GBH, ABH, Theft, ASB, Arson, Criminal Damage and so on. Ideally I would like crime numbers per month for a 12 month period to date (or the latest closest date to 1 August 2021)

Jersey is not part of the United Kingdom. The States of Jersey Police do not contribute to the Police.uk web site. Home | Police.uk (www.police.uk)

Jersey has its own legislation and the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 governs the processes for Freedom of Information requests and responses.

Article 23      Information accessible to applicant by other means

(1)      Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge.

(2)      A scheduled public authority that refuses an application for information on this ground must make reasonable efforts to inform the applicant where the applicant may obtain the information.
