Kindly provide the statistics showing the number of registered / known landlords, annually at 31 December, for the past 10 years, or as long as is possible within the data held and available time to produce said statistics under a Freedom of Information request.

This information is not held by the Government of Jersey, as per Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011.

Statistics Jersey do not produce statistics or collect data on the number of landlords in Jersey.

Article 3 - Meaning of “information held by a public authority”

For the purposes of this Law, information is held by a public authority if –

(a) it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or

(b) it is held by another person on behalf of the authority.
