Is land on the waterfront still being used as security for the delayed finance centre buildings? And, if so, for how long will this arrangement last?

Response

As at 24 September 2021 no land on the Waterfront is being used as security for the finance centre buildings. IFC1 and IFC5 have both been sold and all debt funding which financed the construction of those buildings has been repaid.
