For each week of the years 2019, 2020 and 2021 (to date) please provide a table showing:
the number of calls received by the out of hours GP service
the average time between the patient making the call to request a consultation, and the GP phoning them back
how many calls went unanswered

Please confirm how many staff usually work on the out of hours GP service at any one time.

Please confirm how calls to the out of hours GP service are prioritised for follow up actions.

This information is not held by Government of Jersey as the GP out of hours service is an independent organisation. Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 therefore applies.

Clinical Staff:
One GP providing surgery consultations and one undertaking home visits up to 11pm.
After 11pm there is a GP on call for home visits and telephone advice, with a second available if required.
Non-clinical staff:
One driver to accompany the GP undertaking home visits up to 11pm.
One receptionist up to 11pm.

As the provision out of hours GP service is independent of the Government of Jersey, we do not hold information on how calls are prioritised. Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 therefore applies.

(a) it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or
