Still births and miscarriages (FOI)

I was concerned to see how vastly different the miscarriage numbers are compared to information made public under the recent 'Review of Maternity Services'. (Screen shot attached) Is someone able to explain this notable discrepancy and provide me with the correct figures?

Response

The majority of miscarriages occur outside of the hospital in the community and are therefore not recorded on the TrakCare (Hospital patient administration system). We have been unable to verify the number provided to Scrutiny.
