The documents in particular that we are seeking over and above but including everything held, are the minutes of the internal meeting held to discuss the previous complaint registered in relation to the conduct of a planning officer.

Response

We have searched our records in relation to this matter but have not been able to locate a copy of the minutes you refer to.

In relation to your request for ‘including everything held’ copies of the complaints files have been prepared and are available for collection from the Department of the Environment, South Hill, St Helier.

Please ensure you quote the unique reference number when collecting the data. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm daily.  Customer parking is available on site.
