The normal maximum capacity at the Airport drive-through was 72 appointments per hour. It was open for seven hours a day, seven days per week.

The normal maximum capacity at the Harbour drive-through is 120 appointments per hour. It is open for 12 hours a day, seven days per week, although appointments are not available during ferry arrivals
Capacity can be increased temporarily during periods of extremely high demand ('surge capacity'), for example, by opening for longer hours. This has been used previously, for example during July 2021. The additional capacity available through 'surge capacity' will vary depending on the demands at that time.
In November, surge capacity was made available at the Airport arrivals facility.
