Please set out separately the property purchase and compulsory purchase costs paid by the Treasury or the authorised by the Our Hospital project team in support of the Our Hospital project, as at 1st February 2022.


All the properties that have been acquired for the Our Hospital Project have been acquired through negotiation. There have therefore not been any compulsory purchases of properties in support of the project.
The total value of negotiated property purchase transactions by the Our Hospital Project is £24,616,143.86 as of 1st February 2022. This figure includes costs associated with the purchases such as stamp duty and property searches.
