Can you please tell me the following under the Freedom of Information Law:

  1. How many staff members have been disciplined for misconduct?
  2. How many staff members have been suspended for misconduct?
  3. How many staff members have been dismissed for misconduct?
  4. How many have been referred to their professional body?
  5. How many staff members left following allegations of misconduct?
  6. Of these how many received financial remuneration – and how much?
  7. How much did it cost the department in terms of salaries paid during suspension?

In respect of the above, please give details relating to all States departments (broken down into departmental figures) for the past 3 years.
