As at 31 January 2022 how many unanswered emails had Revenue Jersey not fully reviewed and given a considered reply to?

Response

As at 31 January 2022, there were approximately 3,400 emails in the inboxes. This number may have included duplicate or 'chaser' emails, and emails that were not intended for Revenue Jersey.

As at 22 February 2022, 350 of those emails remained outstanding and the total number of emails in the inboxes reduced to around 1,900.
