Since the incorporation of Ports of Jersey (PoJ) governance was established by a MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) between the States of Jersey as 100% shareholder and PoJ. The MoU requires 3 meetings a year between States Officers and PoJ senior management, and quarterly meetings between the Minister and Chairman. There is also provision for an annual investment briefing by the Chairman and senior management of PoJ to the Minister.

For the years 2019, 2021 and 2022 can you detail the dates that the required took place (7 each year plus annual investment briefing), and where possible, identify the attendees.

Response

For efficiency, regular meetings between States-owned entities and the shareholder tend to be attended jointly by States Officers, Ministers and senior management. Details of the meetings with Ports of Jersey for 2019, 2021 and 2022 (to-date) are as attached.
