Planning file (La Rousse Le Mont Sohier St Brelade PP/2010/1147 and RC/2014/0908) information is sought. I wish to have copies of the 30 letters of representation received by the planning department in respect of the 2010 application and referred to in the decision of the Planning Minister on the applications. Such information on contemporary applications is readily available on line.

Article 25 Personal Information

(2) Information is absolutely exempt information if
(a) it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005; and
(b) its supply to a member of the public would contravene any of the data protection principles, as defined in that Law.

The documents contain personal data and, therefore identify individuals. This personal data has been removed.
