I understand that the Minister for Economic Development, will receive the report on the accident suffered by the JLA’s Max Aitken III.

Has it been received yet and is it covered by FOI legislation?

If so, I would like to request a copy under the legislation of the report or reports on the JLA all weather boat’s collision with the rocks.


Information is publicly available on in response to a previous Freedom of Information request, therefore Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge.
