The information you have requested is not held by the Government of Jersey, therefore, Article 10 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.   

However, it may be held by Ports of Jersey so you might wish to send your request in writing to:

It should be noted that Ports of Jersey are not a Scheduled Public Authority (SPA), therefore, they are not required to respond under Freedom of Information legislation.

Any passenger picked up at the airport rank would be charged rank fares, which differ from the rates for private hire or pre booked taxis, even if airport staff have requested for additional cars to be sent to clear the rank.

(1) Subject to paragraph (2), if –

(a) a person makes a request for information to a scheduled public authority; and

(b) the authority does not hold the information, it must inform the applicant accordingly.
