Request 

Please can you confirm the number of property owners who have made payments to the Government of Jersey in respect to foreshore encroachments since March 2021. This information may be obtained from Jersey Property Holdings. 

Response 

The Public of the Island has approved to enter into three licence agreements in relation to foreshore encroachments for the period requested.  However, no licence fee has been requested from the property owners under the licences.
