Please can you provide the following information.

The amount of funding given for higher education student grants for 2019, 2020, and 2021.

If possible broken down into those studying on island degree courses, and those studying off island and the number of students for each.

Could I also request what the budget is for 2022 and 2023 for higher education grant funding.
