Request

A

Please can I have any estimated date for the final resurfacing of La Route Orange, St Brelade?

B

Please can I have any estimated date for the move of Overdale resources to Les Quennevais school site?

C

Please can I have details of any agreed public transport links to relocated Overdale facilities.

Response

A

The micro asphalt is due to be applied to the remaining sections of Route Orange during the second quarter in 2023 (April – June).

This is an overlay and does not require any significant excavation, therefore, any disruption to traffic is minimised.

B

The response to the following question, numbered 4.3, is contained within the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section, on the Our Hospital website.

'When will the existing healthcare services move to Les Quennevais? For how long?'

The Our Hospital FAQs can be accessed using the following link, therefore, Article 23 (Information accessible to applicant by other means) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.

Community Project Hub | Our Hospital (ourhospital.je)

Please note that current plans are subject to the outcome of the review initiated by the Chief Minister.

C

The planning application, in relation to the conversion of the former Les Quennevais School site into a medical facility, includes a Transport Assessment (TA) within the supporting documents.

Section 8-4 of the TA outlines the complimentary public transport measures which have been approved as part of the planning process, in consultation with Liberty Bus.

Therefore, the information you have requested is exempt under Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law as the information is publicly on www.gov.je within the planning application linked below.
