In September 2022, Revenue Jersey received 6,078 calls, 2,104 of which were abandoned before an officer was free to pick it up. It is not possible to identify how many callers were then successful on their next call attempt.

The average waiting time was 5 minutes and 31 seconds.  (Revenue Jersey publishes waiting times weekly on its website to inform customers of the waiting times they can expect.)
