I request the minutes of meetings held by Jersey Development Company (JDC) regarding the Horizon development.

A

I would like the minutes to all Horizon shareholder meetings held in the past 24 months.

B

I would like the minutes to all Horizon meetings with all contractors within the past 24 months.

A

Formal minutes of JDC Shareholder meetings are not recorded and approved at future meetings. However, the Horizon development progress was discussed at Shareholder meetings over the last 24 months and a summary of the points covered is provided on the following table.

The minutes requested are not held by the Government of Jersey. Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.  

Please note that the States of Jersey Development Company is not a Scheduled Public Authority under the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011.

For the purposes of this Law, information is held by a public authority if –

(a)     it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or

(b)     it is held by another person on behalf of the authority.
