Request 

Please provide the number and details of changes made to the Prescribed List (Jersey) over the past ten years. Details requested to include costings both of removals and additions, total number split by applicability, distribution / usage pre removal & post addition. 

Response 

The information requested is not held by the Government of Jersey.  Article 10 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

(1)     Subject to paragraph (2), if –

(a)     a person makes a request for information to a scheduled public authority; and

(b)     the authority does not hold the information, it must inform the applicant accordingly.
