Competent Authorities Ministers meetings minutes (FOI)Produced by the Freedom of Information office
Authored by Government of Jersey on behalf of the States Greffe and published on 19 December 2022.
Prepared internally, no external costs.
As of 13 June 2021, the Competent Authorities Ministers (C.A.M.) had held 50 meetings, the minutes of which had been prepared by the Secretariat Officer team at the States Greffe. None had been approved or signed by C.A.M. as of that date. Since then:
How many of these minutes have been signed?
How many more meetings have occurred?
How many of those meetings’ minutes have been signed and made public on the Governments website?
Of the 51 meetings held by the Competent Authorities Ministers (C.A.M.) up to 13 June 2021, the minutes of all the meetings have been approved (and recorded as such in subsequent minutes) but none have been signed.
Since 13 June 2021, a further 34 meetings of C.A.M. have been held; as of 1 December 2022, the minutes of 31 of these meetings had been approved (and recorded as such in subsequent minutes) but none had been signed.
C.A.M. minutes have not been published on the Government website.
