H

As part of the refurbishment of 19-21 Broad Street prior to taking occupancy, the Chief Minister’s office was refurbished as part of structural works. As these were undertaken by the landlord, costs specific to the refurbishment of this one office are not held by the Government of Jersey, and Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

The Government of Jersey entered into a lease for Broad Street offices, as part of which the building was refurbished. No information on the element of that refurbishment that relates particularly to the Chief Minister’s office is held.  A Logitech MeetUp Unit was installed in the Chief Minister’s office at a cost of £2,531.47.

I

No new equipment was provided to Deputy Moore following her appointment as Chief Minister.

J

There was no equipment spend or refurbishment costs.
