Northern Leaf Limited are currently operating without an abstraction licence.

The Regulation section within Infrastructure, Housing and Environment are aware of Northern Leaf’s commercial operations.

Northern Leaf have submitted an abstraction licence application and the associated documentation for consideration as required under the Water Resources (Jersey) Law 2007.
