For the Jersey General Hospital, please could I request the following information: 

A

The total number of new patients with diagnosed Sleep Apnoea, that have been set up on Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) devices within the period 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023?

B

A list of the CPAP devices suppliers used by the hospital, with total quantity of devices purchased from each supplier between 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023?

C

As of 25 April 2023, how many patients diagnosed with sleep apnoea are on the waiting list for setup on CPAP therapy?

A

A central record of data for 2023 is not currently available due to a change in software. Once embedded, data analytics will be available. Data has been provided for the period 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 instead, to give a complete 12-month representation.

106 new patients commenced CPAP therapy in 2022.

B

CPAP devices are supplied by Resmed Limited. 60 devices were purchased in 2022.

C

One patient is awaiting CPAP therapy setup.
