How many people have made an appeal or have questioned why they have got a ticket whilst parked in the disabled bay on Halkett Place between the hours of 5:30 pm and 8 am, or anytime on a Sunday?

Please provide this information going back 10 years since the sign with these hours was placed there.

The Government of Jersey does not hold the information requested since tickets regarding on street parking are processed by Parish of St Helier, therefore Article 10 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
