On the costs for the new hospital, it is stated that in the region of £2.2 million has been paid to WS Atkins International as independent technical advisor. Could I please have a breakdown on how this cost was arrived at?

At no time has the States of Jersey stated that £2.2m has been paid to W S Atkins International.
