Please confirm the following from Jersey Property Holdings in respect to the property formally known as Coast Road Stores, La Greve d' Azette, St Clement, that has recently received planning consent P/2021/1703.

A

Has the Government of Jersey entered into any licence agreements to ratify the property's boundaries?

B

If the boundaries were ratified was any payment made to the Government of Jersey?

In respect to other properties:

C

Has the Government of Jersey entered into any licence agreements to ratify boundaries of properties along the foreshore since November 2022?

D

If so, was any payment made?

A

The Government of Jersey has not entered into a licence agreement in relation to the requested site.

It should be noted that planning application PP/2018/0112, regarding the redevelopment of this was approved in 2018, at which stage an officer from Jersey Property Holdings was in discussion with the owner and their representative regarding the boundary between the seawall and the private site. 

The matter was not resolved at the time and therefore will be resumed in due course.

The Government of Jersey has not entered into any further licence agreements to ratify boundaries of properties along the foreshore since November 2022.
